Every agent you trust. Every pro you recommend. One circle.

Send a client to an agent you trust, anywhere in the country, and see what happens after the handoff. Then give every client a page of the plumbers, roofers and inspectors you swear by, right on their phone.

For your referrals

Your client moves. You shouldn't lose track of them.

A relocation referral usually starts with a phone call and ends with silence. You hand the client off, you hope it went well, and months later you're digging through email to find out whether it closed.

Share My Circle keeps it in one place: who you sent, when they accepted, where it stands today, and whether the fee came in.

How a referral goes

  1. 1

    Send it to one agent

Pick someone from your circle, or find a verified agent in any town. They see a summary first: buying or selling, where, and when.

  2. 2

They accept, or it comes back

The other agent has 48 hours to accept. If they pass or don't answer, resend it or pick someone else in one tap. Your client's name, phone and email unlock only when they accept.

  3. 3

    Watch it move

In contact, under contract, closed. The receiving agent moves each stage, and you hear about every change right away.

  4. 4

    Mark the fee paid

Once it closes, you mark the referral fee paid. The fee is between you, the other agent and your brokers. We just keep the record.

For your clients

The pros you trust, on your client's phone.

Every new homeowner asks the same thing in their first month: who do you use for a plumber? Send them a page with your answer. Your name and colors at the top, each pro with a line on why you trust them, and one tap to call or text.

It keeps your name on their phone long after closing, every time something leaks, sags or stops working.

How a Home Team goes

  1. 1

Keep your pros in one list

Add the plumbers, roofers and inspectors you trust: by hand, from a photo of their business card, or by letting them scan your QR code.

  2. 2

Make a page for your client

Pick their area and everyone you trust there is on it. Untick anyone you'd skip, then add a welcome note and a photo of their new home.

  3. 3

    Send it from your phone

Text or email the link from your own phone. Your client opens a page in your colors with your name at the top. No app, no sign-up.

  4. 4

    It keeps working for you

Add a pro next spring and they appear on the page. You see when it's opened and which pros get a call, and you get a reminder on their home anniversary.

More on Home Teams

Home Team pages come with Full Circle. Every plan keeps a private list of pros.

What you can count on

  • Every agent in search has a verified license.
  • Your client's contact details stay hidden until the other agent accepts.
  • Nobody can pay to show up higher in search.
  • Pros never pay to be recommended, and you're never paid to recommend them.
  • Anything your client receives comes from your phone or email, never from us.
  • Refer to any agent, at any brokerage, in any state.

Start with the agents and pros you already trust.

Add them in a minute, send your first referral today, and put your pros in your clients' hands when you're ready.
